I LOVE to go the Parade of Homes around the area! We saw ALL of the Utah County homes & were able to squish in some of the Salt Lake Parade of Homes. Chris gets dragged along often & took some nice photos while he had no choice!!! It is always fun to see the new trends & colors that are popular. We noticed a lot of wood beams, warmer tones, black hardware & faucets, and cement.

This next home that I toured was located in Alpine, Utah and was built by Patterson Homes. The Sierra Homes entry was set to be completed a month before the parade. In conclusion, this home was definitely a showstopper, from the stone, to the views, it was practically perfect in every way. The interiors has 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms. And it features a Full Sports Court, Theater Room, Virtual Reality Room, and an open concept floor plan.

I was just visiting some of the Parade homes yesterday, but didn’t make it to these beautiful homes. I may have to run up to see that Raykon home today! The houses I made it to were in Provo and Orem and my favorite was The House of AnJill in Provo.

I am so curious to find out where this stone came from. Trace Construction and their team truly understand what is involved in creating a spectacular custom home. Provo’s Grand Parade Is A Utah Favorite On The 4th
Again, we see another kitchen with a mix of open and closed shelving. By the way, the main color throughout the home and on the cabinetry in the kitchen is Benjamin Moore White Dove. The builder told me that the beautiful floors throughout the home are an engineered wide-plank oak. The kitchen was also one of my favorite kitchens throughout the whole tour. I just thought it was livable, beautiful and not too stuffy or formal.

I really loved the mix of open and closed shelving in this kitchen and how well laid out out it is. I also loved the shiny chrome accents in the mix, especially the pendant lights. I saw a lot of shiny chrome in kitchens/baths this tour. The paint colors that Brandalyn selected throughout the home are so fresh and inspiring. In the master suite, the dark rich grid accent wall took my breath away! Brandalyn let me know that the accent wall color is Sherwin Williams Peppercorn.

I hope you guys are just inspired as I was walking through these amazing homes. It brings me such great joy to visit with these builders and designers talking about trends and what inspired them as they created these inspiring dream homes. This year’s tour was such a treat for me and if you missed last year’s recap , you can find that post here.

I spent over two hours in the inside of the Raykon home talking with the builder Casey and finding out more about this project because there was so much goodness to see. It was such an inspiring home and I’ll be sharing the full home tour in a couple weeks because I took so many pictures. Another special treat on the exterior of the Raykon home was this beautiful side door that I think led into the mudroom.

The exterior of this 11,582 square foot home is a combination of stucco and white limestone. The black window frames add such beautiful contrast. The annual Utah Valley Parade of Homes event showcases new, high-end custom homes that are fully decorated and landscaped throughout the Utah Valley. It gives builders, designers, landscapers, and architects the ability to showcase their incredible talent and ideas by sharing their projects with the community.
www.ckevincoffey.comThis dreamy door color is Benjamin Moore Boothbay Gray. Again, I don’t have confirmation of the cabinetry color but the gray color is very close to Benjamin Moore Pigeon Gray. I have a message into Brandalyn to confirm colors in this beautiful home and will update when I hear back from her. Before I jump into everything, I toured 31 of the homes and took a lot of pictures so I will have to break down my recap down into two posts do the pictures will load.

The decorator told me the owner has still never even seen this over $4 million house. I can’t imagine building something this grand site unseen. Lastly, the pool bath was another favorite room of mine. I don’t have confirmation of the cabinetry paint color but I really loved it mixed with the tile around the mirror. On a side note, one of the coolest trends I saw this year during the tour was these built in Christmas LED lights.

Just to compare and show you color differences, below is the whiter limestone on my outdoor fireplace.
